Leadership: It's the Question You Ask

This workshop is structured to provide you will ample time to engage in dialogue about leadership issues facing your organization.

What’s different about leadership today?  If you said, “Absolutely everything!” you’re on the right track.  Leadership is no longer about knowing the traditional skill set that evolved from an industrial environment and attempted to create predictability and control.  Successful leaders today see the world differently.  They may not know the right answer, but they know how to ask the right questions to unleash staff potential and deliver powerful results.

In this workshop you will discover the new landscape of leadership created by constant change, generational differences, migration, global communications, technology and social attitudes.  You will learn to clearly analyze dysfunctional leadership behaviors that inhibit performance improvement in their own organizations.  You and your colleagues will challenge and discuss leadership examples from your own organizations that are based on outdated assumptions from the industrial era and consider what alternative leadership practices fit more appropriately in today’s environment.
